We had such a great response with our new 7 foot PVG-12 volt screeners that we have designed and manufactured a 10 foot PVG-12V to add to ProScreen’s vibratory soil screener lineup.

Introducing our PVG-12V - 10 foot portable vibratory topsoil screener. This unit uses two 12 volt deep cycle batteries to power twin 4000 rpm vibratory motors.  Our center pivoting spring loaded screen deck measures 4 ft x 10 ft, moving up and down 3 inches, while moving back 1 inch creating a reversed vibratory shake action.

This topsoil screener unit is designed for backhoes and wheel loaders with up to three yard buckets and includes our riser box to facilitate the bigger machines.  The vibratory screener is constructed out of heavy duty 3/16 plate with 1/4" reinforcing.  This unit can be moved in seconds by simply sliding the cutting edge of the bucket into the lifting lugs on the front of the machine and transporting it on the job site where you need it.

Screening and recycling sand, soils, gravels, rocks and other products is not a problem for the PVG-12V – 10 foot model .  We have 10 additional screen sizes available from 1/4 inch to 6 inches.
