The PVG-C120 Model is a three product topsoil screener unit designed to screen and separate three different sizes of materials including soil, sand, gravel, rocks, compost, wood grindings and more!  See photos here.

The PVG-C120 is designed to be fed with skidsteers, bucket tractors, backhoes and rubber tire wheel loaders with up to a 3 yard bucket. It will produce 40 to 60 yards per hour depending on the size of your bucket and the screen.

: : ENGINE AND DRIVE : :

The PVG-C120 topsoil screener is powered by a PS200 engine with a 6:1 built in gear reduction. From the engine, power is transferred through four B style belts on our self aligning clutch cluster. The self aligning clutch system was designed for even belt tension and alignment. Power then is divided to the twin eccentric screen deck assembly and the medium product discharge conveyor. At full RPM the screen deck will move up and down 400 times per minute, while the discharge conveyor travels at 580 feet per minute.

: : SCREEN SLOPE ADJUSTMENT : :

This unit comes with an extendable leg kit that will allow you to change the slope of the screen deck from 45 degrees to 36 degrees to adjust for soil conditions.  You will find that these units perform well in all soil conditions: wet, dry, sandy, rocky and even frozen.

: : FEEDER ADJUSTMENT : :

The PVG-C120 topsoil screener has a unique OMH feed system designed to allow the operator to adjust the feed gates and metering wings to obtain the desired material flow over the screen deck.

: : MOVING THE UNIT : :

This PVG-C120 weighs 2600 lbs and can be moved around the job site by inserting your buckets cutting edge into the lifting lugs, or it can be transported using pallet forks in the lifting pockets.

: : ACCESSORIES : :

Riser Box - Designed to fit under the PVG-C120 to raise it from the ground by 3 feet allowing for more screened product.

Tow Package - This unit can be fitted with a tow package that will allow it to be towed around the job site. This tow kit is not for legal highway use.

Dust Suppression System - Designed to be used with a garden hose using 40 to 60 psi water pressure. This system emits a fine mist to trap airborne dust particles.

Wash Bar -  This system allows various sizes of rock to be washed while traveling over the screen deck using up to 150 gallons per minute of water.
