The PVG-120 Model is a two product topsoil screener designed to screen and separate two different sizes of materials including soil, sand, gravel, rocks, compost, wood grindings and more!  See photos here.

The PVG-120 is designed to be fed with skidsteers, bucket tractors, backhoes and rubber tire wheel loaders with up to a 3 yard bucket. This unit will produce 40 to 60 yards per hour depending on the size of your bucket and the screen size.

You will find that the PVG 120 is very well constructed. The shell is formed out of 3/16" plate for long term wear and durability.

: : ENGINE AND DRIVE : :

The PVG-120 topsoil screener is powered by a Genuine HONDA GX200 engine with a 6:1 built in gear reduction. The vibration action is obtained with a twin eccentric direct link drive assembly that moves the screen deck up and down, 1-1/4 inches, 400 times per minute.

: : SCREEN SLOPE ADJUSTMENT : :

This unit comes with an extendable leg kit that will allow you to change the slope of the screen deck from 45 degrees to 36 degrees to adjust for varied soil conditions.  You will find that these topsoil screeners perform well in all soil conditions: web, dry, sandy, rocky and even frozen soil.

: : FEEDER ADJUSTMENT : :

The PVG-120 has a unique OMH feed system designed to allow the operator to adjust the feed gates and metering wings to obtain the desired material flow over the screen deck.

: : MOVING THE UNIT : :

The PVG-120 topsoil screener weighs 2200 lbs. and can be moved around the job site by inserting your buckets cutting edge into the lifting lugs, or it can be transported using pallet forks in the lifting pockets.

: : ACCESSORIES : :

Riser Box - Designed to fit under the PVG-120 to raise it from the ground by 3 feet allowing for more screened product.

Tow Package - This unit can be fitted with a tow package that will allow it to be towed around the job site. This tow kit is not for legal highway use.

Dust Suppression System - Designed to be used with a garden hose using 40 to 60 psi water pressure. This system emits a fine mist to trap airborne dust particles.

Wash Bar -  This system allows various sizes of rock to be washed while traveling over the screen deck using up to 150 gallons per minute of water.
